These shorts are awesome for running! They are so lightweight, even in the 100 degree Texas heat they didn't bother me. They are very breathable fabric & really wick away sweat. They feel so light it's almost like you're not wearing anything at all! :-O.My thighs touch when I walk or run, so that's always been a problem for me when I run. I can't stand the bunching up between my legs that most shorts do but these don't at all which is the main reason I like them so much. I didn't have to adjust them once during my 3 mile run! They are very comfortable & I will definitely be purchasing more in other colors. They run true to size & have a liner in them.(Tip-don't wear any undergarmets with these or you will get wedgies! I did not know this & got sick of the wedgies & because there is a liner in them I tried them "au natural" & it was super comfortable! No more wedgies! I don't know if this is common knowledge or not for runners, so I thought I'd share, since no one told me how to make them more comfortable. I used to hate running shorts until I figured this out, LOL.) I originally ordered these shorts in the reflective white/pink color (black with white designs and pink borders), and when they arrived, they were straight black with pink borders. Not a huge issue for me, because I didn't need a particular color and didn't care that much; I just needed shorts to run around the neighborhood in the summertime, so it didn't matter what color they were. I'm mostly just putting that out there, because Under Armour was the one who fulfilled the order, and I might not be the only one who got the wrong color shipped. For people who have their heart set on a certain design, that could be an issue with ordering. The actual shorts themselves are actually great shorts. I've worn them a few runs, and they're very comfortable. I have muscular thighs that have always rubbed together when running, even when I weighed less (thank you narrow hips), so finding shorts that don't chafe and ride up has always been an issue. These perform really well with my thighs, and only rode up a few times during hotter weather when there was a lot of sweating going on. The built-in underwear is comfortable, and the shorts stay pretty cool.I do wish the pocket for the key had elastic or something that made it feel a bit more secure. For some reason, it just feels like it's almost too loose with the fabric, even though I haven't had issues with anything falling out. I guess it just makes me paranoid.I would recommend these shorts, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend buying them from Under Armour directly, unless you don't care about the color and are willing to take a chance with ordering them and getting the wrong one. comfortable, durable, great for active exercise. Got these for my daughter as she runs everyday and she needed a good pair of shorts that would hold up.
